Join NAWCC Chapter 50, Chapter 135, and the Washington Watchmakers/Clockmakers Association (WWCA) at the Cedar Valley Grange Hall in Lynwood for a combined meeting to gather and socialize and talk all things horological.

About the event

Please join us for a social gathering of members from NAWCC Mt.Rainier Chapter #135, NAWCC Puget Sound Chapter #50 and the Washington Watchmakers and Clockmakers Association (WWCA). This first of it's kind event is an effort to gather all the members from these three organizations in one place and have a place where all can discuss the latest and greatest of horological things in the Puget Sound area as well as have a great social outing. This get together is sponsored by NAWCC Chapter 50.


When: Sunday, July 26th 9am - 2pm

Where: Lynwood Cedar Valley Grange #306


Free admission – At the door, check off your name on the appropriate member list for badge and door prize ticket. Dues can be paid on-site for anyone that owes for 2026. Guests can sign in for a guest badge. Guests are not eligible for door prizes, mart certificate contest, 50/50 or any silent auctions.


Mart: There will be a mart for members to sell items. We'll have 10-12 tables @$5 a table. Tables must be reserved. Contact Gary Myers nawcc50@time-hill.org for reservations.


Contest: We will have a game setup for members to take the best guess for a chance to win a $100 money mart certificate. The winner can use the certificate at the current mart or any meeting mart event during the 2026 calendar year.


50/50: There will be a 50/50 raffle. $5 for three tickets. Half of the proceeds go to the winner and the other half goes to the sponsor to help with the cost of this gathering.


Door Prizes: There will be drawings for a watch, clock and other horological items during the meeting.


Silent Auction: We will try and hold a silent auction if we get enough items to run one. There is a $2 entry fee for items being auctioned.


Program: Gary Myers will take you on a horological journey on Patina. Patina in Horology, People, Clocks & Watches.


Help: We need help with food. Morning pastries and noon lunch snacks. Soda and other drinks are welcome. Coffee will be made at the kitchen. We will need help for setup/tear down and cleaning.
